Training Diaries
Some years now I've been running to stay in shape. It's
the easiest way and most effective way for me.
It started back in 2006 when I still had pain in my foot
from my work injury in late 2003. I didn't think I
should be able to run at all, but I started carefully in
summer 2006 with great support from Teddy.
Now years later I have made great success as a jogger if
I may say so.
